Grand Canal successfully applied for the World Heritage List, and the temporary exhibition of Dagukou Fort was held to introduce the development history

Recently, at the 38th session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee held in , the "Grand Canal of China" was approved to be included in the The World Heritage List, becoming the 46th World Heritage Site in China. The Dagukou Fort Site Museum, located at the end of the Grand Canal entering the sea, has opened a large-scale temporary exhibition to introduce the development history of Grand Canal.

 

It is understood that  was a great ancient project on the plains of eastern China. At the end of entering the sea, there is a unique geographical location that records a history of humiliation, which is Dagukou, guarding the entrance of the country. Recently, the Dagukou Fort Site Museum took the opportunity of the success of the Grand Canal's World Heritage application to hold a large-scale temporary exhibition, The Flowing Canal - China's Grand Canal Photo Exhibition, to introduce the development history of the Grand Canal in detail to visitors. Cooperate with the propaganda and education activity themed "Walk into the Museum", add "Grand Canal Photo Exhibition" to the museum's explanation, and lead the public to understand the history of the canal
